Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Calling Intern. The role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, introducing The Digi Sol's services, and nurturing leads to build relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing initial insights into our offerings, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule follow-ups or demonstrations. The intern will also document client interactions and feedback to support team goals and strategies.
We’re looking for a hungry, street-smart outreach intern who can get us clients — not just “do calls.”

💼 What You’ll Do
- Cold call & DM potential clients (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Pitch digital marketing services in a simple, convincing way
- Follow up with leads and close deals
- Maintain a basic lead tracker (Google Sheets)
- Work closely with the founder to improve scripts & conversion

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence in engaging with new and varied clients over the phone
- Organizational skills and the ability to document and manage leads effectively
- Problem-solving aptitude and an eagerness to learn about digital marketing trends and AI-driven strategies
- Experience with CRM tools, or the willingness to learn, is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
