Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cold Calling Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, client interaction, and business development. You will support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and managing sales pipelines, while learning how to build strong professional relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and generating leads through research, calls, and online platforms.
- Support the sales team in client outreach via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and sales trackers.
- Participate in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Help in following up with potential clients to nurture relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Interest in sales, client engagement, and business development.
- Ability to lead a sales team environment.
