Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cold Calling Executive, based in Bengaluru South with some work-from-home flexibility. The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments. Daily tasks include managing call lists, following up with prospects, updating CRM systems with lead information, and collaborating with sales teams to develop outreach strategies. The role also involves understanding and promoting TruVisor’s services and products to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, and lead generation
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Background in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information
