Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Calling Executive. The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outbound calls to prospective leads, delivering compelling sales pitches, and converting these opportunities into valuable business relationships. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate call records, following up with interested leads, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle objections, build rapport, and maintain professionalism over the phone
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous sales experience or customer engagement experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
