Creatoo is a Pune-based startup transforming how offline businesses retain customers through our Loyalty Platform and Booking System. Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to business owners across Pune.
- Introduce Creatoo's Loyalty Platform and explain its benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Confident and persuasive communication over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with a laptop and stable internet connection.
- Previous cold calling or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
