We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international outbound calling across North American and Australian markets. This role is integral to our business pipeline — you will be responsible for prospecting, data mining, outreach, appointment setting, and delivering sales-qualified leads to the closing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Mining & Prospecting
• Research and identify potential clients/leads across Canada & USA using online databases, LinkedIn, directories, and other research tools.
• Build, maintain, and continuously update a targeted prospect database segmented by industry, geography, and company size.
• Verify contact information accuracy before initiating outreach campaigns.
2. Cold Calling & Outbound Outreach
• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the Canada & USA regions during assigned working hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
• Deliver a compelling, persuasive pitch aligned with the company's value proposition.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone throughout each call.
• Follow up via email or call with interested prospects to nurture the relationship.
3. Appointment Scheduling
• Schedule qualified meetings/demos between prospects and the internal sales/closing team.
• Coordinate calendars and send calendar invites with all relevant details to both parties.
• Ensure a smooth handoff by briefing the sales team on prospect background and interest level.
4. Lead Qualification & Reporting
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline — BANT or equivalent framework).
• Maintain accurate daily call logs, lead status, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Submit daily and weekly activity reports detailing calls made, conversations held, and appointments set.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets (specifics to be discussed during the Final Interview).
Must-Have Qualifications
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in outbound cold calling / tele-sales.
✅ Mandatory experience working specifically with Canada, USA, and/or Australia regions — candidates with experience in other regions only will NOT be considered.
✅ Strong command of English — clear spoken communication with neutral or near-neutral accent suitable for international markets.
✅ Availability to work 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (aligned to North American business hours).
✅ Hands-on experience with data mining tools and lead databases (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar).
✅ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent).
✅ Demonstrated ability to set qualified appointments and meet monthly targets.
✅ Self-disciplined, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Good to Have
• Prior experience in industries such as IT/Software, Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, or B2B Services.
• Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach as supplementary lead generation channels.
• Ability to do basic research and draft personalized outreach email templates.
• Experience working in a night-shift.
