Outbox Media is a content engine built exclusively for real estate brands. We help builders and brokers present their projects through high-impact content designed to attract real buyer interest, not just views.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Cold Calling Trainee who will be responsible for reaching out to real estate businesses (builders, brokers, and developers) and initiating conversations around their content and marketing efforts.
This is a high-learning, execution-focused role where you will directly contribute to building our client pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Call real estate businesses daily (Jaipur-focused initially)
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers (owners, marketing heads)
- Understand their current marketing/content setup
- Identify potential interest and qualify leads
- Book follow-ups, meetings, or WhatsApp conversations
- Maintain a daily outreach and response tracker
- Continuously improve scripts based on feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Strong willingness to learn sales and communication
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and basic English
- Not afraid of rejection or making multiple calls daily
- Ability to stay consistent and disciplined
- Good listening skills (more important than talking)
- Interest in business, startups, or real estate is a plus
Qualifications
- Any graduate / pursuing graduation
- Prior sales or calling experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Freshers are welcome
