YOUR ONE-YEAR OUTCOMES - Product expansion: launch three major new Enterprise workflows that materially improve accuracy, automation, or scale (e.g., automated reconciliation, multi-user management, first class DeFi support, audit tooling, etc.) - Product quality: ≥110% net revenue retention WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Enterprise Product Lead, you'll lead high-impact initiatives to scale CoinTracker's B2B crypto accounting platform. For example: - Define the CoinTracker Enterprise product roadmap in close collaboration with engineering, design, accounting experts, and go-to-market teams: shaping the strategy and priorities that drive business growth - Own and scale core workflows for crypto accounting, turning early traction into a trusted, revenue-driving product used by the top finance teams in crypto - Drive new integrations and ERP connections (e.g., NetSuite) to help businesses accurately reconcile and report crypto activity You'll lead projects end-to-end from ideation and research through launch and iteration, and own key product decisions that move the business forward.
