About the role
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product data, including user behaviour, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
Modeling - Create Machine Learning models to deepdive user behaviour, solving product funnels and improves revenues
User Research: Collaborate with the User Research team to gather insights from user surveys, interviews, and usability tests, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to inform product strategy and development
Product Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, tracking their performance over time and helping to set and achieve growth targets
Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders
Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and improvements based on data-driven insights
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, growth, P&L, and marketers to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies
Uses knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve the desired business benefits.
Interprets results of analysis, identifies trends and issues, and develops recommendations to support business objectives.
