Full Stack Engineer

We offer a crypto platform for seamless payments, Crypto Vouchers, crypto trading, portfolio management, real time market data, breaking news and powerful analytics. We are looking for a talented Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of our products.

At CoinCROWD, we are looking to expand our technical team and currently hiring for Full stack engineers with hands on experience on node.js or Python. 

This is an ESOPs only role initially.

Key Responsibilities: 

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Python or node.js on Backend and React on the UI side.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices across the team.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and efficiency.

Team Management:

• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and define project timelines.

Project Oversight:

• Drive the technical direction of projects, making architectural decisions to optimize performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project timelines and deadlines.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to align on project requirements and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Full stack development experience with focus on both Backend and Frontend technologies especially node.js and react.js
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Python and React.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and frameworks (e.g., RESTful APIs, databases, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
