Technical Sourcer

The Technical Sourcer role on the Coinbase Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding exceptional talent to join Coinbase across a variety of technical roles. This role requires a proactive, data-driven approach to sourcing candidates. You will leverage a combination of both active and passive sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. This includes conducting Boolean searches, leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other niche talent communities, attending networking events, and building relationships with talent pools. You will partner closely with our recruiting team to understand role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
