Coinbase is seeking a frontend software engineer to join our team to build out the next generation of crypto-forward products and features. You will solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems, bridging the constraints posed by web-scale applications and blockchain technology. You will help build the next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone across the globe. What you'll be doing (ie. job duties): Work with engineers, designers, product managers and leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): Available to begin employment immediately 1+ years experience in software engineering/development You write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers You're excited about hard problems and getting things done You are self-motivated and committed to personal growth You approach problems with positive energy Degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent work experience Nice to haves: You've worked on frontend teams using TML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, TSX, React, Vue.js, Angular, Next.js, Svelte, React Native, Dart (for Flutter) You're passionate about blockchain, crypto, and building an open financial system that brings the world together
