CX WFM Capacity Planning Specialist

The CX WFM Capacity Planning Specialist will be responsible for forecasting and planning capacity for our customer experience teams to ensure we are staffed appropriately to meet customer demand. This role will work closely with our CX leadership and operations teams to understand business needs, translate that into staffing requirements, and manage the capacity planning process.
