In this role, you will: - Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Coinbase's highest value customers - Provide white-glove, high-touch service to our most sophisticated customers - Understand customer needs and proactively provide solutions to help them reach their financial goals - Manage complex customer inquiries, escalations, and issues with a high degree of empathy and professionalism - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience - Maintain deep knowledge of Coinbase products, features, and services and continuously expand your expertise - Act as an ambassador for Coinbase, representing the company with poise and integrity You are: - A highly skilled communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills - Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience - Driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Technically adept and able to learn and apply new concepts quickly - Deeply curious about the world of crypto and its potential to transform finance - Committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics You have: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in financial services or high-touch support - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent multitasking and time management abilities - Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Looking to grow your career in crypto?
