About the role

At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. It's a massive, ambitious opportunity that demands the best of us, every day, as we build the emerging onchain platform — and with it, the future global financial system. To achieve our mission, we're seeking a very specific candidate. We want someone who is passionate about our mission and who believes in the power of crypto and blockchain technology to update the financial system. We want someone who is eager to leave their mark on the world, who relishes the pressure and privilege of working with high caliber colleagues, and who actively seeks feedback to keep leveling up. We want someone who will run towards, not away from, solving the company's hardest problems. Our work culture is intense and isn't for everyone. But if you want to build the future alongside others who excel in their disciplines and expect the same from you, there's no better place to be. As a Partner Success Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Base builders throughout the asset listing process. You'll actively engage with the Base community, serve as the primary point of contact for asset issuers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. What you'll be doing (ie. job duties): Act as the main point of contact for Base asset issuers, interacting via email, social media, video calls, and in-person meetings. Represent Coinbase Listings to the entire Base community. Guide issuing teams through the full Coinbase listing process—education, application, due diligence, listing, and post-listing engagement. Conduct initial research and due diligence on crypto projects, including through direct communication with asset issuers, participation in community forums, and analysis of publicly available information such as whitepapers and marketing content. Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities in the listings process based on external and internal feedback as well as personal experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to update managers and various internal teams on all aspects of crypto assets in the pipeline. Create and iterate on Coinbase Listings content such as websites, blog posts, PDFs, and decks to enhance transparency and encourage building on Base. What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Experience in client/account management, institutional account management, or customer support/success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at listening and synthesizing complex issues concisely. Ability to convey complex information effectively across the organization. Strong problem-solving skills in unstructured situations, with the ability to drive ambiguous issues to clarity and resolution. Proven ability to make informed judgments based on research and metrics, and to set priorities in ambiguous situations. Collaborative spirit with the ability to navigate relationships within both the crypto and broader technology ecosystems, ensuring an excellent experience for entrepreneurs engaging with Coinbase. Strong knowledge and familiarity with the crypto industry. Nice to haves: Proficiency with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM. Experience with Google Workspace, particularly Docs and Spreadsheets.
