Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at Cohesity, you will drive the successful delivery of complex, strategic initiatives that are critical to our business. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams to plan and execute on these initiatives. You will be responsible for managing interdependent projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving alignment and accountability across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large, complex programs and a track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives on time and within budget. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
