About the role
In this role, you will:
You will manage all aspects of the Bitbucket Data Center environment to ensure high availability, security, scalability, and seamless integration across tools and services.
You will develop automation scripts using Python and Linux shell scripting in order to support incident resolution, configuration management, upgrades, and provisioning.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Security, Legal, and IT) to implement access controls, integrations, and compliance requirements.
You will drive improvements in infrastructure and user experience by validating configuration hanges, enhancing monitoring, and reducing manual efforts through automation.
You will serve as the primary support contact for developers and engineering teams to troubleshoot Bitbucket issues, including CI/CD integrations and REST API customizations.
