Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Cognos T1 Developer with strong experience in Planning Analytics (TM1/Cognos T1) development, reporting, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing and developing cubes, rules, Turbo Integrator (TI) processes, and dashboards while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective planning and reporting solutions.

Location: Mumbai
Mode of Work: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics solutions
- Develop and enhance cubes, dimensions, rules, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and planning models
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Perform data integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Optimize TM1 models for performance and scalability
- Support month-end/year-end planning and reporting activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, and Infrastructure teams
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and documentation practices
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Exposure to ETL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience in financial planning and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with scripting and automation
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
Education Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/BCA/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
