As a Sr. Consultant specializing in Workday Cloud HCM Time Track you will leverage your expertise to optimize HR processes and drive efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical skills and domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech industries ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM solutions. Design and implement Workday Cloud HCM Time Track configurations to enhance HR operations. Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday HCM deployment and integration. Ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with existing systems and processes. Conduct thorough testing and validation of Workday HCM functionalities to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Workday HCM features. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies. Stay updated with the latest Workday HCM features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions. Document all configurations processes and changes for future reference and compliance. Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions related to Workday HCM. Engage with Hi-Tech industry clients to tailor Workday solutions that meet their specific needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes through innovative Workday solutions. Qualifications: Possess strong expertise in Workday Cloud HCM Time Track with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate experience in the Finance & Accounting domain enhancing HR processes with financial insights. Exhibit knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry understanding its unique HR challenges and requirements. Have excellent problem-solving skills to address complex HR and system integration issues. Show proficiency in conducting training sessions and providing user support for Workday HCM. Maintain strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Display a proactive approach to staying updated with Workday advancements and industry trends.
