UI/UX Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into compelling designs. Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives - Optimize user experiences based on feedback and data-driven insights - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the technology industry - Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs - Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
