Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of pharmacovigilance cases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Utilize Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to streamline safety operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects enhancing the companys innovation pipeline.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and potential safety signals contributing to the overall safety profile of products.
• Provide technical expertise in MS Office and MS Word to create comprehensive reports and documentation.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmacovigilance and safety operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all safety-related activities maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support the development and implementation of safety strategies to mitigate risks and enhance patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on safety activities and findings.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacovigilance and related domains.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures in safety operations.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and safety reports ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the organization promoting awareness and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to drive innovation in safety operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and MS Word for effective documentation and reporting.
• Have experience in PV Case Processing and Pharmacovigilance & Safety Ops to ensure high-quality safety assessments.
• Exhibit excellent research and development skills to support the companys growth and innovation.
• Be a native English speaker with strong reading writing and speaking abilities to communicate effectively.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of pharmacovigilance.

Certifications Required

Certification in Pharmacovigilance or related field is preferred.
