Manage and report adverse event data from various sources. Collaborate with local/global Patient Safety associates and Local Health Authorities. Maintain and update safety procedures and databases. Prepare and submit compliance reports. Develop and conduct pharmacovigilance training. Support audits and Health Authority inspections. Execute and track Risk Management Plans (RMP).
