MIS Analyst Role - SME

Graduation any stream Must Haves: 3+ years of work experience. Standard MIS role but Google Suite (Google Sheets, Looker, etc.) preferred. Experience of working in outsourced environment, with exposer to customer interactions (written/verbal) will be added advantage Good written and verbal communication skills Analytical bent of mind, experience in transaction quality, data analysis will be helpful in the role Experience of working on MS excel and power point slides will help in the role Good at time and project management with minimum supervision Ready to work in UK shift (2.30 PM 12:30 AM shift) Areas of Responsibilities: Stakeholder/Business Management: Analyze customer feedback data Pick up ongoing/new issues & identify trend Document potential product improvement opportunities Present output of work in sheets and on google slides Google Suite, Google Sheets, Looker, etc.
