Cognizant is seeking a Specialist - Access Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Cognizant's access management solution, including identity and access management (IAM) tools and processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure secure and efficient access to Cognizant's systems and applications. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing IAM solutions to meet Cognizant's security and compliance requirements - Configuring and maintaining IAM tools such as Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, and AWS IAM - Automating user provisioning and de-provisioning processes - Developing and documenting IAM policies, procedures, and standards - Monitoring and troubleshooting access-related issues - Providing training and support to users on IAM-related topics - Collaborating with security, IT, and business teams to identify and address access management challenges
