This night shift role requires expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, along with strong compliance knowledge. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Achieve 100% daily productivity as per client/team requirements. ✔ Maintain 98% accuracy in internal & client audit reports. ✔ Score 95%+ in monthly coding protocol assessments. ✔ Mentor junior coders and assist in resolving escalations. ✔ Suggest process improvements & automation opportunities. ✔ Adapt to client demands & crisis situations with flexibility. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in Clinical Coding, Revenue Cycle Management, or Medical Coding. Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Proficiency in coding software & tools. Excellent analytical & communication skills. Adherence to coding guidelines & patient data confidentiality. Certifications Required: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist).
