About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated Process Executive – Healthcare with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, work-from-home position with night shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills and experience in the Provider and Payer domains. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analysis: Use MS Excel to perform data entry, analysis, and reporting to support healthcare operations. Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure the highest level of accuracy and completeness in all tasks. Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with team members to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and streamline processes. Provider & Payer Tasks: Handle provider and payer-related processes with precision and an eye for detail. Confidentiality: Safeguard patient information and ensure its confidentiality and security. Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders in English. Compliance: Follow company policies, guidelines, and industry standards in all activities. Healthcare Project Support: Contribute to various healthcare initiatives and projects as needed. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators to ensure team objectives are achieved. Process Optimization: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest healthcare trends and best practices. Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges proactively and escalate issues when necessary to the appropriate channels. Team Success: Contribute to achieving both individual and team goals, supporting the overall success of the department. Qualifications: Strong technical proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in the Provider and Payer domains. Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement. Preferred Certifications: Certification in MS Excel or a related field is a plus.
