Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in ANSI SQL and IBM Cognos Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Media domain. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support business requirements. Administer and manage IBM Cognos environments to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SQL and Cognos-related issues. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting solutions. Optimize and tune SQL queries for improved performance. Create and maintain documentation for all development and administration tasks. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all deliverables. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Qualifications Must have strong experience in ANSI SQL and IBM Cognos Administration. Should have a solid understanding of the Media domain. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to have experience with other BI tools and technologies. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
