Job summary: As a Partner Success Manager, you will drive internal target attainment for AWS within NA region for a set of industry verticals. You will be responsible for driving new customer engagements with partners to grow the customer base, enabling deal execution by facilitating Partner to Partner engagement and by leveraging partner programs and support. You will identify requirements for partner support and provide feedback loop back through the Global Partnership Lead.

Roles & Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end execution of the assigned regional partnership plan with AWS
Maintain and foster relationship with commercial teams by advising and guiding them on the value of partners and engagement
Lead and organize joint account planning with partners, commercial team and service lines
Represent Cognizant brand and associated partnership impact across partner product and field teams
Work with Global Partner Development Managers and internal practice areas to promote joint offerings to target industries and accounts in North America
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the partner's solutions and technology by developing a deep understanding of partner's strategies, technology, offerings, GTM model, and incentive programs
Communicate the partner strategy, joint offer value propositions and GTM strategy to our industry/country based generalist and specialist sales teams represent the partnership at external events
Identify and support opportunities for account-specific training and certification.
Required Experience:
Experience in business development, partner management, sales/strategic sales with a track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving successful partner programs
Be results driven and demonstrated willingness to take the lead in driving initiatives, creating unique approaches to developing new revenue opportunities across teams
Highly collaborative, with ability to thrive and influence within a matrixed environment characterized by direct/indirect accountability to a variety of stakeholders in different functional and geographic areas
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively across multiple levels (from IC to Senior Leadership) within Cognizant and partner organization
8 – 11 years of sales and technology partnership experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred MBA a plus
