MCX Architect

As an MCX Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the enterprise architecture for Cognizant's MCX (Multi-Channel Experience) platform. This involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand their requirements, and then translating those requirements into a scalable, secure, and performant technical solution. Key Responsibilities: - Design and define the enterprise architecture for the MCX platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards. - Develop technical specifications and roadmaps for the MCX platform, including infrastructure, software components, and integration points. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, operations, security) to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of the MCX platform. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the MCX platform. - Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) activities and pilot deployments to validate the proposed architecture.
