Lateral Manager, IAM Access Management

We are looking for a Lateral Manager, IAM Access Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the IAM access management processes and ensuring secure access to applications and systems. Key responsibilities include: - Manage the IAM access management processes and policies to ensure secure access to applications and systems - Work with application teams to understand access requirements and design appropriate access control solutions - Implement and configure access management solutions using tools like Identity Manager, Privileged Access Manager, etc. - Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews to ensure appropriate access levels - Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure access management controls are aligned with security and regulatory requirements - Provide access management support and training to business and IT teams - Continuously monitor and optimize access management processes to improve efficiency and security Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, preferably in a large enterprise environment - Strong understanding of IAM concepts, processes, and technologies like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc. - Experience in implementing and configuring access management solutions like Identity Manager, Privileged Access Manager, etc. - Ability to understand and document access requirements, design appropriate access control solutions, and implement them - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve access-related issues - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with security and compliance standards like NIST, ISO, etc.
