Lateral Hiring for IAM (Identity and Access Management)

We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand business requirements for identity and access management - Design and implement secure IAM solutions using industry-standard protocols and technologies - Manage and maintain IAM systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control - Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams - Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure IAM solutions meet organizational security and compliance requirements - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IAM domain and recommend improvements Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in identity and access management - Proficient in IAM technologies and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory - Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions using tools like Okta, Azure AD, or AWS Cognito - Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and collaboration skills
