Lateral Access Management Consultant
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, implementing and managing the access management solution for the organization
- Responsible for managing the lifecycle of user access (on-boarding, provisioning, de-provisioning) and ensuring users have appropriate access based on their roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using technologies like Active Directory, Identity and Access Management tools, etc.
- Responsible for implementing and managing access policies, access controls, privilege management, and access reviews
- Responsible for conducting security risk assessments, identifying and mitigating access related risks
- Responsible for providing support and training to the end users on access management practices
- Responsible for maintaining the access management documentation and driving the continuous improvement of the access management processes
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions using technologies like Active Directory, Identity and Access Management tools, etc.
- Hands-on experience in managing the lifecycle of user access, access policies, access controls, and access reviews
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate access related risks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC would be an added advantage
