Java MSB - Returnship Programme Cognizant's Returnship Program is an initiative to welcome back professionals who have taken a career break. We are looking for experienced Java/Full Stack developers who are looking to return to the workforce after a break. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and optimize Java/Java EE/Spring based applications - Work on web/mobile app development using Java/JavaScript/Angular/React - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions - Participate in design, code reviews and testing activities - Enhance existing applications and take up new development initiatives - Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior members of the team Required Skills: - 3+ years of experience in Java/Java EE development - Good understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, REST APIs - Hands-on experience in designing, developing and deploying web applications - Experience in working with relational databases and ORM frameworks - Proficient in JavaScript, Angular, React or any other front-end framework - Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
