Instructional Designer

Instructional Designer- Team Manager - Role Description: As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, engaging, and impactful learning solutions to meet the training needs of our global clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders to analyze training requirements, design instructional strategies, and create effective learning materials such as eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training, assessments, and performance support tools. Responsibilities: - Analyze training needs and requirements to design effective learning solutions - Create engaging and interactive instructional materials using a variety of authoring tools and technologies - Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for eLearning courses and other digital learning assets - Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and learner needs - Provide guidance and support to team members in the design and development of learning solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies - Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the learning solutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, with a strong portfolio of work - Proficient in using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) - Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements - Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, etc.) and learning management systems - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices - Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Instructional Designers is preferred
