IaM Security Analyst

Cognizant is looking for an IaM (Identity and Access Management) Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving the security of Cognizant's identity and access management systems. You will work closely with the IT security team to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data and systems. Key responsibilities include:- Analyzing and monitoring identity and access management systems to detect and respond to security incidents- Implementing and maintaining security controls and policies for user access and provisioning- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of identity and access management solutions- Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks- Providing security recommendations and implementing solutions to enhance the overall security posture- Staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve the security of Cognizant's systems
