They install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT infrastructure while ensuring minimal downtime. The role involves direct customer interaction, incident resolution, and adherence to SLAs and safety standards.%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EKey Responsibilities%3C/strong%3E%26nbsp;–%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Diagnose and resolve incidents within defined SLAs, escalating when required%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Perform break/fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and preventive maintenance activities%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors for complex issue resolution%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and customer policies while working onsite%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset updates accurately in ticketing systems%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EEssential Skill required%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Hands on experience with desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral devices%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Working knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (LAN/WAN), and ITSM tools Ability to perform IMAC, break/fix, and onsite support activities independently Good communication and customer handling skills%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA commitments%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Awareness of security, safety, and compliance standards%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EEducation Qualifications required :-%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%3Cstrong%3E*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp class=%22MsoNormal%22%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E
