Role Summary

As a CRM Business Functional Tester, you will ensure that CRM platforms effectively support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. You will validate that CRM solutions are functionally accurate, user‑friendly, and stable, delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Skills (Must Have)

Hands‑on CRM Functional Testing experience on:

Salesforce (Sales / Service / Marketing Cloud) OR
Microsoft Dynamics 365 OR
SAP / Oracle CRM

Strong understanding of:

Lead & Opportunity Management
Case / Service Management
Campaigns & Customer Lifecycle
