About the role
To help with the creation, upkeep, and deployment of IT solutions for our business, we are looking for an IT analyst. In this position, you will be expected to manage all implementation-related processes, create optimization strategies, analyze our IT systems, and conduct routine quality checks.
IT analysts are experts in information technology who manage the evaluation, upkeep, and improvement of information systems. They assess and create information solutions, using their expertise to pinpoint business opportunities and hazards. They also advise businesses on information technology strategies and evaluate human-IT processes.
Understand relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from database.
Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures for a given Low-Level Design.
Prepare test cases / scripts / data and execute manual / automated tests.
Analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics.
Possess a strong drive to innovate & experiment in projects.
