Cognizant Associate - Access Management/Identity & Access Management

We are looking for an Associate with experience in Identity and Access Management to join our Delivery team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions to help our clients manage user identities and access privileges across their IT environments. Key responsibilities include: - Performing access management tasks such as user provisioning, entitlement management, and access reviews - Configuring and customizing Identity and Access Management tools and applications - Analyzing access requirements and designing appropriate access control models - Documenting access management processes and procedures - Providing support and training to end-users on Identity and Access Management systems To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: - 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related IT security role - Familiarity with identity management tools and technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and address access-related issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience in scripting and automation to streamline access management processes - Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
