This team's mission is to engage closely with customers and prospects, addressing business challenges through technology. Roles & Responsibilities: Exhibit robust technical and product skills, coupled with a keen understanding of digital marketing, to develop solution architecture alongside one or more solution specialists. Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners. Manage multiple client engagements concurrently. Thoroughly evaluate complex project issues, devise solution options, and facilitate presentations and reviews of these options and recommendations with clients. Engage with the technical community to formulate and share best practices and processes.
