JD below, · Adobe Target Recommendations & Automated Personalization · Adobe.IO API Development · Integrate additional systems and building out the Adobe stack · Implement A/B tests and help prioritize testing. · Support an ongoing roadmap of Target improvements. · Participate in technical & functional discussion with all business & IT teams. · Must haves o Minimum 2-3 years of experience working Adobe Target and good understanding of Adobe experience Cloud technologies o Experience in A/B testing and site personalization efforts o Development skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Data layers o Adobe Target Certification o Ability to prioritize and work in a very fast-paced environment o Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. o Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams like product owners, technologies teams, and marketing partners · Nice to have o Good understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM/Launch/Data Collection o Optimizely experience o Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum o Adobe Analytics tagging experience
