The Access Management & Identity Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise identity and access management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access to corporate resources. Key responsibilities include:- Develop and implement identity management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization- Manage and maintain identity management systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD- Implement and configure single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues and ensure seamless access for end-users- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align identity and access management with business requirements- Stay up-to-date with identity and access management industry trends and best practices- Participate in security assessments and implement security controls to mitigate risks
