Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Cofounder — Growth & Strategy at GyanX.
You will lead strategic growth initiatives, school partnerships, outreach, brand positioning, and GTM execution. The role involves working closely with schools, institutions, NGOs, and the product team to scale GyanX across the education ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
• Connect with schools, coaching centres & institutions
• Lead demos with principals and decision-makers
• Build LinkedIn & digital outreach campaigns
• Create the sales & growth playbook for GyanX
• Identify NGO, CSR & strategic partnerships
• Expand across Karnataka’s education ecosystem
• Translate market feedback into product improvements
Who You Are:
• Strong communicator with an execution-focused mindset
• Interested in startups, AI & education
• Comfortable with outreach, partnerships & strategy
• Bonus if you understand tech products or B2B growth
