Why (Objective)
For years, CareerGuide has helped students make better career decisions.
But today, the problem is bigger.
Students need outcomes.
Schools and counsellors need better tools.
Colleges need stronger placement visibility.
We’re now building the next phase of CareerGuide — deeper, more outcome-driven, and powered by AI through Guidix.ai.
This requires more than a team.
It needs ownership at the highest level.
What (Role)
As a Co-founder, you will help shape and scale the next chapter of CareerGuide.
You will take ownership of one of the core areas:
• Business & Partnerships — schools, counsellors, colleges ecosystem
• Growth & Revenue — scaling institutional relationships and distribution
• Product & AI Integration — embedding AI into career and placement journeys
You will:
• Drive expansion across schools, counsellors, and colleges
• Build and strengthen institutional networks
• Turn ideas into scalable programs and revenue streams
• Work closely with the founder on long-term vision and execution
How (Execution)
You’ll thrive if you:
• Can operate at both strategy and ground level
• Understand how education ecosystems actually work
• Are strong at building trust-based relationships
• Move fast but think long-term
• Take ownership beyond defined roles
Who should apply? (Strict filter)
• Strong experience in education / edtech / institutional partnerships / growth
• Proven ability to build and scale something end-to-end
• Experience working with schools, counsellors, or colleges is highly relevant
• High ownership mindset with long-term commitment
• Ready to take responsibility, not just a title
