Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Cofounder (with Investment) - Business Development position. The individual will spearhead business development efforts, identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, developing and executing sales strategies, creating marketing plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale the company’s Growth OS and Trust Infrastructure Platform. Leadership Role ,Equity + Incentives (no fixed salary until we raise our round )
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and market analysis
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members, potential clients, and partners
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to develop and convert growth opportunities
- Experience in conducting Research to stay ahead of market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proven track record of business development and strategic thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior entrepreneurial experience or Fundraising Exp is a strong plus
