About the role

Role: Duck Creek Technical Project Manager

Experience: 12 to 20 years

Location: Greater Noida, Pune & Bangalore

Education: MBA / B.Tech / B.E. in any Specialization or Equivalent

Role & Responsibility

Minimum of 8 years professional experience in managing Pnc Project.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Should have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate a team and lead them towards a common goal.
Experience process and best practices for project management .
Very much focused towards on time delivery.
Responsible for managing large scale project using Agile methodology.
Setting up a perfect team / pod for the project.
Coordinate with Scrum Manager to ensure the readiness(environment, Story, ) to start the execution.
Coordinate with all the stakeholders for environment setup, DevOPs, Story readiness etc.
Drive the team call, mitigate the risk / Issues and escalate if required.
Ensures the project is delivered on-time, within the scope and budget.
Build the dependencies matrix and publish the delivery due dates with all the stakeholders.
Identify the risk, publish the mitigation plan.
Coordinate with stake holders to mitigate the risk to avoid impact on timeline and cost.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and track the progress of the project.
Change control Management.
Will manage the scope change, project schedule and Cost.
Get the approval of the Change and publish the revised timeline / Schedule and cost.
Responsible for presenting progress / status reports Professional Attributes.
