Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help the organization make informed decisions. You will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources - Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to extract meaningful insights - Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data findings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques - Provide recommendations and actionable insights to support decision-making processes Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics - 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment - Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik - Understanding of statistical concepts and modeling techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
