Program Structure
The Coforge Graduate Engineering Trainee Program is designed to be a 2-year journey comprising of:
Phase 1: Foundation Phase (6 months) - Comprehensive training in core technologies, soft skills, and industry-specific knowledge.
Phase 2: Project-Based Learning (12 months) - Participants will work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Phase 3: Specialization and Certification (6 months) - Opportunity to choose a specialization area and obtain relevant certifications.
