Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of coffee perfect's marketing strategy and position our brand clearly, consistently and with recognition value. By keeping an eye on all touchpoints – from the website presence to sales documents to the employer brand – you ensure a consistent brand experience. You think in stories, develop high-quality content (text, images, video) with your team and ensure visibility and lead generation: across channels, target group-oriented and conversion-oriented. In close cooperation with management, sales and corporate communications, you will align all marketing measures specifically with company and sales goals. You analyze market and competitive developments, identify potential and use this to develop effective measures to strengthen our market position. You will manage our external partners, service providers and agencies with regard to quality, budget and timing and ensure smooth implementation in line with our brand. You are responsible for the marketing budget, plan it strategically and monitor all measures with regard to KPIs, reach, conversion and ROI.
