- Test Planning: Develop performance test plans, scenarios, and cases based on system requirements and performance criteria.
- Execution: Execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and spike tests.
- Monitoring: Monitor system performance during tests, capturing critical metrics and data.
- Issue Identification: Identify and document performance issues, working with senior engineers and developers to troubleshoot and resolve them.
- Reporting: Generate detailed test reports, highlighting performance metrics, issues, and recommendations.
- Tool Usage: Utilize performance testing tools and frameworks effectively to execute tests and gather results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure integrated performance testing within the development lifecycle.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest performance engineering practices, tools, and technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
